We had a demanding brief — full Vastu compliance, a dedicated pooja room, and a premium kitchen — and they delivered every single element on time and beyond expectation. The site manager sent us a written update every Friday without fail. Handover was 3 days early and there were literally zero punch-list items. The pooja room joinery is a work of art. Have already referred 3 neighbours.

Used Nakshatra Homes for a targeted renovation — kitchen, master bedroom wardrobe and false ceiling throughout. Minor 4-day delay on the false ceiling due to a power shutdown in the building. Otherwise impeccable. The material quality they source — especially the laminate — is noticeably better than what I'd seen from two other vendors I interviewed. Post-handover support has been flawless: same-day callback, no excuses.

This time we did a more compact scope — kitchen, one bedroom, and entrance foyer — and they completed it in 9 weeks, 3 days ahead of schedule.
