By using LivZio (livzio.in), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the platform
LivZio provides a platform for homeowners to share verified interior project experiences and for users to research vendors. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to submit reviews or access LivTrack. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
3. Content you submit
By submitting a review or other content, you grant LivZio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not: • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews • Impersonate another person or entity • Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm vendors or other users • Scrape or automate access to platform data • Attempt to manipulate vendor scores or rankings
5. Vendor profiles
Vendor profiles and scores are derived from homeowner-submitted data and verified evidence. LivZio does not guarantee the accuracy of any score or profile. Vendors may not pay for improved placement or scores.
6. Disclaimers
LivZio provides information for research purposes only. We are not a party to any contract between homeowner and vendor. We do not guarantee the quality of any vendor's work. Payment advice on LivSafe is guidance only, not legal or financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LivZio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
