Review Policy
Last updated: May 2026
LivZio reviews are the foundation of the platform. These guidelines ensure every published review is honest, fair, and genuinely useful to homeowners.
What we accept
We accept reviews from verified homeowners who have completed or are in progress with an interior project. Each review must be tied to a real project — with supporting evidence such as an invoice, maintenance bill, or signed contract.
Verification process
Every submitted review goes through a 3-step verification: 1. Identity check — we verify your name matches your society records or government ID 2. Project evidence — at least one supporting document (invoice, contract, or bank transfer) must be provided 3. Content moderation — reviews are checked for accuracy, relevance, and policy compliance before publishing
What we do not allow
• Reviews submitted by vendors, their employees, or family members • Reviews containing defamatory, abusive, or legally actionable statements • Fake or incentivised reviews (positive or negative) • Reviews for projects that cannot be evidenced • Personal attacks on individuals rather than the work or service
Vendor right to respond
Every vendor named in a review has the right to submit a factual response. Responses are displayed alongside the original review. Vendors may not request removal of a review solely because it is negative.
Editing and removal
Homeowners may edit their review within 30 days of publication. After 30 days, edits require moderation. We will remove a review if it violates our policy, is found to be fraudulent, or a valid legal request is received.
Dispute resolution
If a vendor believes a review is inaccurate or fraudulent, they may file a dispute with supporting evidence. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Homeowners are given the opportunity to provide counter-evidence.
