Horizon Interiors

Horizon Interiors was a disaster. After collecting 60% of the contract value, work stalled for 5 weeks with no explanation. The site was unmanned on 8 of the 12 days I visited. Carpentry joints in the kitchen are poorly fitted — cabinet doors don't close flush. When I finally reached the owner, he promised a resolution team that never showed. I'm now in formal dispute and have filed a complaint with the consumer forum. Please do your due diligence before engaging this firm.

Had a mixed experience with Horizon Interiors. The design brief was interpreted well and the 3D renders were impressive. Execution however was let down by frequent workforce absenteeism and delays in material procurement. The living room accent wall is genuinely beautiful. The kitchen soft-close mechanism broke within 4 months — they came to fix it only after I escalated. Not confident about long-term build quality.
